Music Licensing Terms

All music tracks are protected by Content ID. If you choose to download a FREE licence you will not be able to monetise your Youtube videos that use the music track. If you purchase a standard (paid-for) licence you will be able to clear any Content ID claims.  Please use the Contact form on this website to request claims to be cleared. Each purchase is a License that allows you to use that music track for Radio/TV/Film, multiple location music-on-hold, multiple web sites and internet video sites. Includes YouTube commercial rights license with YouTube Partner ‘Revenue Sharing’. This license also includes sync rights as well as mechanical rights. The license is worldwide and lasts in perpetuity. You cannot re-sell individually as a collection or ringtone, post or sell on a website for download, or mix into your own music and sell as your own. The license is applicable to only one person or company.

Cue sheets are required for broadcast use. Writer and publishing info will be provided when purchased.

Please note: You (the customer) are not required to pay performance royalties. They are paid by the broadcaster.
